Nursery Hours
Along with church school, we offer nursery care every Sunday from 10:15 – 11:30 a.m., during the late service.

Youth Ministry
Project Spudnik

Project Spudnik, started in 2016 under the auspices of the Maryland Master Gardener program, is a youth-led group based at All Saints in partnership with Broadview Baptist Church. The youth built and maintain the garden, growing a variety of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, as well as many flowers and herbs. The produce is donated to food banks in Calvert County (460 pounds in 2019!). In 2019, Project Spudnik was recognized by the Governor’s Office of Service and Volunteerism for its contributions to the community and is a Keep Maryland Beautiful project, sponsored by the Maryland Environmental Trust.

Qualifications to Volunteer with Children and Youth
All individuals who work with children and young people must comply with the requirements of the Diocese of Maryland, which include agreeing to established standards of behavior and completing a background check. In addition, the Diocese of Maryland requires completion of “Safeguarding God’s Children: Preventing Child Sex Abuse” by all who work with children and youth.
